Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Dreams By Dawn. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

All products under $10,000 will be shipped via USPS Priority with signature required.

All products valued at $10,000 and over will be delivered via FedEx with signature required.

Delivery days cannot be estimated but not guaranteed, as it is not within our control.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses:

Dreams By Dawn ships to PO Boxes for purchases under $10,000 to addresses within the U.S. We regret that we cannot ship internationally at this time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages:

Please contact misty@dreamsbydawn.com immediately upon receiving a damaged item. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods to assist in filing the claim.
